Throughout my career at WB Technology, I worked to improve the user experience and visual design of digital experiences for consumers, internal employees, and B2B partners.

  • Conceived, designed, prototyped, and tested user experience of the WB Support Center website, a company-wide initiative to improve customer engagement across WB's vast brand portfolio.

  • Improved Warner Bros. content delivery experience for B2B clients (e.g. Netflix, Hulu) by designing a centralized partner support portal from concept to launch.

  • Collaborated with Product to ideate and implement data-driven feature enhancements for web, mobile, and OTT experiences, including Flixster Video, WB Screeners, and Wizarding World. 

  • Became a go-to designer for executive presentations.
